Dark Blue - Rainy

Yaaaay for cheesy rain effects. That white blurry crap is supposed to be the drops doing that misty bouncing up thing. Not really happy with that.

So I was doodling one day and I decided to draw Mamimi from FLCL. Or some girl who looks uncannily like maybe a middle-school Mamimi. Anyway, I was too lazy for rain that day, so here it is now in all its craptastic glory.
